Project Patchwork Plus is a localised system to deliver personalised information to older people in need. The project aims to improve the communication of existing services to the final users and the human interaction between the community. The proposal tackles the aspects of social isolation, loneliness and vulnerability which directly affects the emotional wellbeing of older people.
